Lieutenant Audet joined the Department in 2006, shortly after moving to Northern Virginia. She comes to us from Vermont where she served for three years as an Emergency Medical Technician on her college rescue squad, Saint Michael's Rescue.

Lieutenant Audet is an Emergency Medical Technician and holds certification as a CPR instructor. She is a certified Basic Life Support Provider, working as an Attendant in Charge of patient care on our ambulances. She can be found volunteering at standby events, providing training to citizens in the event of a large-scale disaster, and staffing Station 6 apparatus.

In addition to her current position, Lieutenant Audet has served as the Department Secretary. Outside of the fire department, she works as a nurse for INOVA Health System.
