Private Events


Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department is the perfect location for your private meeting, class or party!

Our meeting hall is the ideal place for your event. The room is available 7-days a week from 7AM until 10PM.

Our room is equipped complete with dimmable lighting, dry erase board and built in projection screen. We can seat up to 50 students and can accommodate an array of seating arrangements.

The hall is located on the second floor of the facility and has windows overlooking the station apparatus bay.

The fee for private events starts at $360 per day. Please consult the Building Use Policy for more information.


To reserve the hall for your private event, simply follow the steps below:

Step One

View the Hall Calendar to find an available date for your event.

Step Two

Download and read the Building Use Policy. It contains important information about the hall itself and the responsibilities of hall users. The policy is made available in Adobe Acrobat format. If you need to download acrobat, please click here.

Step Three

Fill out the application on the back of the building use policy and submit it along with your deposit. This will guarantee your reservation.
