FCVFD - Meeting Hall Rental

Non-profit Functions


The Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department makes the meeting hall available to community-based non-profit organizations at 50% off of the full rental fee.

Organizations using the hall are subject to the terms and conditions specified in our Building Use Policy.

Non-profit organizations wishing to use the hall are asked to submit documentation verifying their non-profit status.

The fee for non-profit events starts at $180 per day. Please consult the Building Use Policy for more information.

Other Details

The hall is located on the second floor of the facility and has windows overlooking the station apparatus bay.


To reserve the hall for your organization, simply follow the steps below:

Step One

View the Hall Calendar to find an available date for your event.

Step Two

Download and read the Building Use Policy. It contains important information about the hall itself and the responsibilities of hall users. The policy is made available in Adobe Acrobat format. If you need to download acrobat, please click here.

Step Three

Fill out the application on the last page of the building use policy and submit it along with your deposit. This will guarantee your reservation.
